Conference Registration
Registration is now available using the web-based registration form with online payment on a secure website. Please use one form per attendee.

Author registration: There must be at least one full registration per accepted paper to ensure that it is included in the conference program and the proceedings. The deadline for author registration is August 31, 2026. Papers that do not have an associated registered author by this date will not be included in the proceedings.
Conference registration: includes all conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, and the outing and banquet from October 6 to October 9, 2026. An extra ticket for the outing and banquet may be purchased with any registration via the online form. If you need more than one extra banquet ticket, please contact the general chairs.

Visa Information
To request an invitation letter for visa purposes, please complete your registration for the conference and then send an email to Sean Kauffman with the subject line: [RV2026 Visa Invitation Letter]. Your email must include the following information:
- Name and address of your embassy
- Full Name (as in passport)
- Nationality
- Place of birth
- Date of birth
- Passport Number
- Passport validity period
- Organization/Affiliation
In the event that your visa application is unsuccessful, please notify the conference chairs by email. In such cases, your registration fee will be refunded.
